In order to apply for the pharmacy summer camp, you must complete an on-line application. You must also submit a grade verification form. BOTH must be completed and submitted on time in order to be considered for admission to the camp.
Begin by setting up a unique login account. Once logged in, you will be able submit your application. Login later to check your status or print your application.
